This is a very easy tutorial, but it is not for BEGINNERS.
I have assumed that you already know the basics of Paint Shop Pro. To complete this tutorial you will need: Paint Shop Pro UNZIP the visman.zip file into your PLUGINS folder. |

Open a new image, 200 X 200, and flood-fill it with the color of your choice.
I used #284788. |

Apply VM Natural - Starmaker, with these settings

| Apply Simple - Quick Tile - 50% |

It's a lovely tile, but text doesn't show up on it very well. If you want to create a
tile that DARK text will show up on,
Add a layer Flood-fill it with white (or some other light color) Slide the opacity down to around 70% (or to your liking) Make the bottom layer active Do Effects - Sharpen - Sharpen More Merge all layers (flatten) Apply FM Tile Tools - Blend Emboss |

If you want to create a tile that LIGHT text will show up on,
Add a layer Flood-fill it with #284788 (or some other dark color) Slide the opacity down to around 80% (or to your liking) Make the bottom layer active Do Effects - Sharpen - Sharpen More Merge all layers (flatten) Apply FM Tile Tools - Blend Emboss |
