This is a very easy tutorial, but it is not for BEGINNERS.
I have assumed that you already know the basics of Paint Shop Pro. To complete this tutorial you will need: Paint Shop Pro |

Open a new image, 200 x 200. Flood-fill it with a circular gradient. |

Apply a texture using PSP - Effects - Texture Effects - Texture, or, use your
own favorite texturing filter. I used
Filters Unlimited - Raw Canvas for this example. The backgrounds on this web page were made with the PSP Texture Effects. Background texture

If you want more texture to your texture, apply an emboss effect. I used FM Tile Tools - Blend Emboss. |
