This is a very easy tutorial, but it is not for BEGINNERS.

|
Right-click on this red and white diagonal image, and save it somewhere, then open it in PSP. |

Find a picture you like, or use this one I have provided. (Right-click on the picture, and save it somewhere, then open it in PSP.) |

| Make your background color a color that is not in your picture, or at least isn't a color near the edges. I used a bright blue. Add a border to your image, using the settings shown. |

| Your picture should look like this |

Using your Magic Wand tool, tolerance 0, select the border. Make your forground the gold gradient, using the settings shown. Flood fill your selected border with the gold gradient. |

Don't De-Select yet! Unless your picture is very dark, you will probably want to add some drop shadow now. Apply a drop shadow using the settings shown. Then, change the Vertical and Horizontal offsets to -2, and apply the drop shadow again. |

De-Select Your picture should look like this. |

Add another border. Symetric - 12 Use your Magic Wand tool to select the new border. |

Add a new Raster Layer Flood Fill the border with the red and white diagonal fill pattern that I provided. |

De-Select Set the tolerance on your Magic Wand tool to 50 Click on a red area of the border. |

|
|
Selections Modify / Select Similar You should now have all of the red parts of the border selected. |

|
Apply an Inner Bevel, using the settings shown. |
|
|
| Use your Magic Wand tool to select a white area of the border. |
|
|
|
Selections Modify / Select Similar You should now have all of the white parts of the border selected. Apply the same Inner Bevel that you used on the red parts. |

De-Select Your image should look like this. |

Merge all layers Add another border Symetric - 3 |

Click on your Magic Wand tool, and change the tolerance to 0 Click on the border Flood fill the border with the gold gradient De-select |
